These terms summarize the expectations for using ClubOS while the full trust center documents are finalized.
Account responsibilities
Use accurate account information, keep credentials private, and only invite people you are authorized to add to a club, team, or family account.
Youth sports data
ClubOS is built for youth sports operations. Clubs and guardians are responsible for entering correct player, guardian, payment, medical, and consent information.
Payments and registrations
Registration, plan, invoice, and refund terms are set by each club. ClubOS provides the software workflow and payment rails where enabled.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClubOS to harass, impersonate, bypass safeguarding controls, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service availability.
Questions about legal, privacy, or safeguarding policies can be routed through your club administrator.
